What is the most popular duration of videos in Pornhub?

In the last post we discovered that most of the videos in Pornhub is between 6 to 10 minutes long. Now, we want to understand which category is watched most. Now, watching most may mean two things. One is sum of views in the category. However, since the number of videos is higher in some categories, it is possible that by default this adds more views. Hence, views per video in each category also makes sense1. To maintain the clarity, the first one shall be called most viewed category and the next one as most viewed per video.

So, as expected the most viewed category is the 6-10 min one. Now, as discussed earlier, this could be a result of sheer volume to videos in this segment.
Most viewed per video
So, 11-15 minutes long videos receive the most views per video. Surprisingly more than 2 hours long videos also get a very high amount of views per video. Unfortunately, data is not available regarding bounce or what exactly is counted as a view.
However, this analysis is not very robust. That is because some of the videos older than others. Perhaps substantially older (i.e. just because some videos have ben there since a long time, they naturally may have attracted more views). However, I will leave that analysis for the next post.
